More than twenty-seven years of making sure people enjoy the digital products they use. Finding the ways to knit together the needs of users’, customers’ and the business whilst providing an engaging experience.
My User Experience teams have been across different parts of the globe; small to large companies, in-house and consultancy side. Always multi-disciplinary - information architects, interaction designers, visual designers, copy, research & frontend devs.
I have been lucky to be part of the rapid evolution from green screen software to the magical realms of RIA. I have worked with some amazing people who have taught me to respect all of the skills that contribute to a truly immersive, interactive and explosive experience. I am always true to my UCD roots - I use quantitative and qualitative research to provide insights to direct product development
