Why hire me?
I'm massively experienced but everyday is still a school day. Experience has made me a pragmmatic decision maker, I use past learnings to help inform direction, exploration and experimentation. But this world never sits still so I'm always up for something new - my current boss says of me, somewhere in the discussions I'm the one who starts with "Couldn't we....".

I make it my mission to integrate closely with branding, marketing, technology, engineering, customer success, call centres, operations, legal, insight and content teams, ensuring a fully connected, end-to-end experience that identifies and achieves user needs and business goals.

My skill set is logic, flow and intuitive journeys. I motivate teams with ideas, outcomes and fairly dodgy sketches.

I prefer change, iteration, innovation and experimentation to ticking over. I have made and continue to deliver significant change and improvements to the business bottom line and team effectiveness.

I also have exceptional cat herding skills
